This is a 2 year cycle program. It takes a minimum of about 11 hours a week.

That said, sometimes it requires a preparation phase to start being able to hear. Begin where you can, and build up to full participation.

A typical week for Nature (the first phase) includes:

• Watch the presentation video e.g. Nature 1 Presentation Video
• Nature project work
• Listen to Nature 1 Presentation Audio
• Read Year 1 reading passages (your selection of year-long e.g. Homer's Odyssey)
• Read Monthly paired readings (e.g. Nature 1 weeks 1–4 are Thoreau and I Ching)
• Listen to Nature Phase Music (your selection from Hovhaness' God Created Great Whales or Stravinsky's Rite of Spring)
• Read Weekly Nature presentation notes (e.g. Nature 1)
• Watch a Nature Phase Movie (your selection from four movies one each few weeks e.g. Iceman)
